Hotel Emma Wedding
The charm of San Antonio, TX, adds an extra layer of magic to every celebration. It was an absolute pleasure meeting and photographing Lindsay and Jason. Sweet August Events impeccably planned their San Antonio destination Hotel Emma Wedding, and created a beautiful celebration filled with family, friends and tons of dancing. Perfectly showcasing the rich history of the city and the unique charm of Hotel Emma.
Elizabeth and I met in San Antonio, TX, a city full of history and great architecture. The Pearl Brewery (built in 1881) is a building that I had often admired passing by; I was happy to hear that it would be preserved and transformed with a new chapter in it’s long history. Hotel Emma did the old building justice by incorporating and highlighting elements of the original brewery. As a wedding photographer at Hotel Emma, I enjoy capturing the history and textures of the old building and weaving those elements into the wedding day story.
The celebration was a testament to the meticulous planning by Sweet August Events. The details were impeccable, creating an atmosphere filled with warmth, joy, and an abundance of love. The presence of family and friends added to the overall magic of the day, and the dance floor was alive with laughter and the joyous sounds of celebration.
Returning to San Antonio for weddings at Hotel Emma is always a treat. Each opportunity allows me to explore new angles, discover hidden corners, and add another chapter to the story of this remarkable city. I eagerly anticipate the next couple that will entrust me to capture their love against the backdrop of San Antonio’s rich history and the timeless beauty of Hotel Emma.
