I’ve been to several weddings where the photographers were in your face the whole time – walking right behind the bride down the aisle, standing 2 feet from them on the dance floor. I never felt that way about you. I really never saw you! And looking through the pictures, I’m so surprised at all the great shots you got. There are pictures of things I never saw, or never noticed, during the wedding. You didn’t miss a thing. I honestly don’t know how you did it. And more than that, the pictures are so beautiful. I cannot stop looking at them. It is surreal really. I cannot believe our wedding could possibly be so beautiful!

I completely agree with Lacy that it’s the perfect fairy tale setting–those archways, those gold accents, that amazing architectural detail… need I go on? Of course, while I’m kind of obsessing over their details, I can’t help but stop and think about what a wonderful expression of hospitality and love their wedding was. Lacy brought me right back to my own wedding day with her nostalgic recount of the memories that stuck with her: “I’ll never forget the way the roses smelled, how beautiful my bridesmaids looked, my grandmother kissing me on the cheek, my mom’s face as I was walking down the aisle, or the way it felt to finally say ‘I do.’”
