Yosemite Engagement Shoot

“Soul meets soul on lovers’ lips.” – Percy Bysshe Shelley

Alicia, Paul and I snuck off to Yosemite Valley for a romantic pre-wedding shoot just two days before their wedding. Yosemite is one of their happy places, and a respite where the bride spent time even as a child. The grand yet serene setting was a gorgeous backdrop for our shoot, and even more importantly, provided a wonderful opportunity for the bride and groom to spend a quiet afternoon together in the midst of last minute wedding chaos. If you are looking for a stunning location to meet up for engagement photos, consider Yosemite an excellent option – I would love to return and explore more of this magical National Park.

A little behind-the-scene peek: Alicia thought it would be fun to take a picture of me taking their picture, ha! I do seem to find myself in unusual positions throughout shoots – but hey – whatever it takes :)!
